Your team already pays for AI. Where are the hours it should be returning?
Most revenue teams use AI at surface level: better-worded emails, not recovered time. We audit exactly where your sales and CS team's manual hours go, build Claude workflows for the biggest drains inside your own approved workspace, train your reps on them, and measure what actually changed.
No pitch deck. Seven direct questions. An honest answer about whether this is worth your money.

Manual work hides in recurring tasks nobody questions
Reporting rituals
Pipeline reviews, forecasts, and leadership decks assembled by hand from CRM exports and spreadsheets, every single week.
Pre-call research
Reps tab-hopping through news, notes, and records for 20 to 30 minutes before every discovery or renewal call.
QBR & renewal prep
CSMs rebuilding the "value story" account by account from usage data, tickets, and memory. Days lost per quarter.
Data cleanup
Dedup, normalization, and copy-paste between systems that everyone agrees is dumb and no one has time to fix.
Audit → Build → Train → Measure
Manual Work Audit
A structured interview and scoring of 8 to 15 recurring processes: impact, feasibility, and confidence scored separately, with honest "don't automate this" recommendations. You get a ranked report and the monthly cost of your manual work, whether or not we ever build anything.
30-day sprint
Your audit's top candidates built as working Claude workflows in your approved workspace, against written acceptance criteria you sign before the build starts. Prototyped on redacted or synthetic samples; tested by your users on real work.
On live workflows
No generic prompt lectures. Your reps train on the workflows built for their actual accounts, with live hands-on training plus office hours, and documentation written for operators.
Baseline vs. after
Time measured before anything is built, measured again after, adoption counted, confidence levels stated. Modeled figures are labeled modeled. You'll never get a slide claiming savings we didn't measure.
Built in your workspace. You own everything from day one
- All workflows live in your approved Claude workspace, on a seat you grant and revoke. Your data never enters our accounts.
- Least-privilege access, mapped resource-by-resource before work starts; removed at closeout with written confirmation.
- Prototyping on redacted or synthetic samples; your source-system permissions stay authoritative throughout.
- Anything customer-facing keeps a named human approver. We build drafting and assembly systems, not autonomous senders.
- We'll walk your IT or security team through the whole model in week one, and we'd rather do it before you spend a dollar.
Plain-language disclaimer: our delivery model reduces specific risks, but it does not by itself constitute compliance or eliminate data risk. Your IT/security review, source-system permissions, contractual terms, and applicable law govern every engagement. Platform-vendor terms (including Anthropic's commercial data-handling terms) should be verified by your team directly. We'll send you the links.
Demos are synthetic. Results will be measured.
Working demos, honest data
Every demo we show (pipeline briefs, account research, renewal narratives, the audit itself) runs on clearly labeled fictional data. Ask for the 12-minute walkthrough on the fit call.
Pilot results coming
We're delivering our first pilot engagements now. Anonymized, client-approved results (baselines, methods, and limitations included) will be published here. Nothing on this site will ever be a testimonial we wrote ourselves.
Direct questions, direct answers
No vague transformation language. Here’s what teams usually want to know before a fit call.
Ask a different questionWe already have ChatGPT / Copilot / Claude. Why you?
Then the spend argument is over and the usage argument begins: how many recovered hours per rep did those licenses produce last month? If there's no number, that's what the audit measures. We don't sell AI access. We make the access you have produce measurable work.
What does it cost?
The 20-minute fit call is free. Pilot engagements are currently available for a limited number of qualified revenue teams; standard projects are scoped after the Manual Work Audit. If we don't think the audit will pay for itself, we'll tell you not to buy it.
Will our reps actually use this?
Reps adopt what removes their most hated task. That's why we build for their specific work first and train on live accounts, and adoption is measured in the closeout rather than assumed. If a workflow isn't used, that's a reported finding, not a secret.
What if the audit says our processes shouldn't be automated?
Then the report says so, process by process, with reasons. "Don't automate this" is a standard output of our scoring model, not a failure state. You keep the analysis either way.
Why Claude specifically?
It's where our depth is: skills, skill chains, and Cowork workflows. Depth beats breadth for building things that survive after we leave. If you're committed to a different stack, we'll say so and point you elsewhere rather than deliver mediocre work outside our lane.
What happens when you leave?
Everything stays: workflows in your workspace, operator documentation, trained users, our access removed with written confirmation. There is nothing to migrate off of. That's the point of building in your environment.
